Roughly chop the tomatillos, the roma tomto, red onion, cilantro, and garlic, then add them to the food processor. If using a blender, be careful not to over-process the salsa or risk turning it into a sauce instead of a chunky salsa.
For a milder salsa, slice the jalapeño, removing seeds and membrane, then roughly chop and add it in.
Slice and juice the lime directly into the food processor.
Add salt, cumin, and pepper to the food processor. Close the lid and pulse 5-7 seconds, repeating three to four times until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning as desired. Serve with crunchy chips and enjoy!
