Original Rotel
Instructions
Place the Rotel contents in the food processor.
Roughly chop the tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, and garlic, then add to the processor.
For a milder salsa, slice the jalapeƱo, removing seeds and membrane, then roughly chop and add it in.
Slice and juice two limes directly into the food processor.
Add salt, cumin, and garlic salt. Close the lid and pulse 5-7 seconds, repeating three to four times until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning as desired. Serve and enjoy!
