Filet each chicken breast to create four thin slices.
In a small bowl, mix the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Season both sides of each chicken slice with the spice blend.
Place each seasoned chicken slice on top of an onion pair. If the chicken extends beyond the onions, add an extra slice of onion underneath.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of your chosen creamy dressing over each chicken slice.
Sprinkle 2-3 pinches of chopped parsley and 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
