Drain and rinse the black beans, then add them to the food processor.
Roughly chop the cilantro and add it to the processor along with the salsa, cumin, Cholula, salt, and pepper. For a milder salsa, feel free to omit the Cholula. Secure the lid and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
Open the processor, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired. If the salsa is too thick, add olive oil and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
Serve with your favorite chips, carrots, or bell peppers, and enjoy!
