Egg Roll Bowl
I discovered this delightful egg roll bowl recipe on Delish.com, and it’s now a beloved mid-week favorite in our home. With a few handy shortcuts, it’s a breeze to whip up, and I love serving it alongside some air-fried wontons for added crunch.
Recipe Information
Our son loves an egg roll bowl so much that I always double the recipe to ensure we have leftovers. When time is tight, I rely on a couple of shortcuts. Firstly, I opt for pre-packaged coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix to save on chopping. While fresh ginger is preferred, ground ginger works just as well when needed in a pinch. To accommodate our son’s allergies, I omit the sesame oil. I have also substituted ground turkey for ground pork. For an extra crunch, I air-fry wonton squares at 350°F for 2 minutes. Then garnish with fresh green onion and Sriracha.
