Cooking Tools
5.5 Quart Oval Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven Pot with Lid. This Dutch oven is a great value and comes in 7 pretty colors. I have the pink version and use it to bake sourdough bread and for other cooking.
Ninja SP201 Digital Air Fry Pro. This air-fryer does it all: air fry, air roast, bake, broil, toast, dehydrate, and more. Plus it flips up for easy storage. We have had ours for several years and use it nearly daily.
Set of 3 Baking Sheet Pans. I like these pans so much I have two sets. The nonstick surface and textured bottom help everything cook evenly.
Cuisinart 8 Cup Food Processor. Powerful but light and simple to use. Great for chopping and shredding. I use mine several times per week.
2-in-1 Lemon Squeezer. The two sizes makes it easy to use for most citris juicing.
Silicone Basting Pastry Brush. I previously had a pastry brush with bristles that bent every directly. This silicone one works very well and cleans easily in the dishwasher.
Sourdough Bread Making Supplies
Bee’s Wrap Reusable Beeswax Food Wraps Made in the USA, Eco Friendly Beeswax, Sustainable Organic Cotton Wraps, XL Bread Wrap for Homemade Bread
I already had this RENPHO Food Scale but if you are looking for a less expensive scale, I recommend this Etekcity Food Kitchen Scale
Disposable Shower Caps. These are great for covering bowls while sourdough proofs. Plastic wrap also works if you prefer that but I can never get plastic wrap to stick to anything.
5.5 Quart Oval Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven Pot with Lid. This Dutch oven is a great value and comes in 7 pretty colors. I have the pink version and use it to bake sourdough bread and for other cooking.
GIR: Get It Right Premium Silicone Pan Scraper. My son gave me this scraper as a gift. I love the size and how it fits in my hand. Works great to scrape the dough off a bowl or cut the dough in half.
HULISEN Flour Duster for Baking. Not necessary but a handy tool for a fine mist of flour.
Silicone Bread Sling Oval and Round for Dutch Oven. Parchment paper is another option but I got tired of going through it. Not all parchment paper (or silicone slings) are useable up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Weck Tulip Jars 1 Liter. I got one jar with my starter but like to have a second jar so my starter is always in a clean jar. I bought a different brand but the bottom cracked after just a month. These are nice heavy-duty jars that I like better.
Specialty Food Items
Milton Crispy Sea Salt Gluten Free Crackers. These crackers have just enough salt and a crispy crunch. I have served them to guests with gluten allergies so they could enjoy some of my appetizers like this dip.
